Dallas Shirley, one of the NBA's original referees and a member of the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame, who died Tuesday at the ago of 0 after a short illness. "He made all of us better players and coaches," said Coach Morgan Wootten of DeMatha High in Hyattsville, Md.
