Obituary - Toledo (OH) Blade (January 9, 1986)
Mr. Bray broadcast Reds games in 1937 and was a sportscaster for Cincinnati radio stations WSAI and WLW. He was host of the program "Fans in the Stands," which was broadcast during the baseball season from the Reds' former home park, Crosley Field, and "Fans in the Streets" when it was heard during the off-season.
Mr. Bray, who grew up in the Hyde Park section of Cincinnati, played football, basketball, and baseball at Xavier University in Cincinnati. He later served as Big Ten football and basketball referee.
