Big Victory
The State University basket ball team of Lexington was overwhelmed here last Friday by the Central University aggregation, 87 to 17. At the end of the first half the score was 51 to 3.
The game was fast and furious, but the superior strength and team work of the Blue and Cardinal team was too much for the visitors, who had little team work and were outclassed in ever department of the game. The Seelbach brothers were the stars for Central In the second half Captain Mason of the local team was put out of the game for disputing a decision of the referee.
