Obituary - John S. Crosthwaite, Bridgeport (CT) Telegram (September 13, 1971)
Born in Versailles, Ky., Mr. Crosthwaite resided in Lexington 19 years. He was a retired engineer for General Electric. He was a graduate of the University of Kentucky and a member of the K-Man's association, the Veterans' association 78th division, and was a Kentucky colonel. He also served with the U.S. Army in World War I.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Mildred McCaul Crosthwaite; a son, John S. Crosthwaite, Jr., of St. Petersburg Fla., and two grandchildren.
