Local Boys Take Basketball Game by the Score of 21 to 16
The State University basketball team defeated the five from Butler College of Indianapolis on the State Armory floor last night by a score of 21 to 16, in a close and well played game.
The local boys showed better team work and played an all round better game than the visitors and although the score was at all times close, the Blue and White was never in imminent danger of losing after the first few minutes of play.
It would be hard to say which one of the State men played the best game, as al of hem played well and were about equally divided in the scoring, but Silvers, forward was easily the star for Butler and made fifteen of the sixteen points made by his team.
