The North-South Cage Commission held an All-Star game every year between 1949 and 1956 in Murray Kentucky. High school seniors from throughout the country were nominated to attend. The top five who excelled in the game were chosen to the Chuck Taylor All-Star squad. (Signified with a CT) One player was chosen as the Player of the Year.
