Obituary - Malcom McMullen, Kokomo (IN) Tribune
He was born August 23, 1927 in Fostoria, Ohio, a son of Stephen A. and Marcela T. (Wahoff) McMullen. He was married May 7, 1990 in Louisville, Ky. to Jo Anne Myers, who survives.
He was the golf pro at Kokomo Country Club for 32 years, retiring in 1992. Last year he had worked at Chippendale Golf Course. He was a lifetime member of the PGA, a member of First Presbyterian Church, past president of Indiana PGA, member of the Hall of Fame of Xavier University, and Indiana PGA and Butler County, Ohio PGA.
Surviving are three daughters and sons-in-law, Patty and Thomas Englin and Cindy and Dennis Pardonnet, all of Blanc, Mich., and Jenny and Walter Mueller, Germany; three stepsons and a step-daughter-in-law, Rick and Denett Myers, Wellington, Fla., and Scott Myers and Chris Myers, both of Royal Palm Beach, Fla.; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Stephen and Ruth McMullen, Hamilton, Ohio, and Rodney and Annette McMullen, of Marion; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty and Cliff Schneider, Hamilton, Ohio, and Marjore and Ed Anderson, Middleton, Ohio; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Walter J. Ungerer will officiate. Burial will be at Albright Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. at Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Junior Golf Foundation and First Presbyterian Church.
