Inott Rites Held Today
Funeral services for Ralph Herbert Inott were held this afternoon at 2 at Memorial Chapel with Rev. Joe B. Scrimshire of the Methodist Church officiating. Mrs. Goldie Andrews was at the organ. The body was then taken in Albuquerque for cremation. He died last Saturday of a heart attack at his home on the Pecos.
Mr. Inott was born July 15, 1884 in Cincinnati and was graduated from the University of Cincinnati and from Cincinnati Law School in 1908. He was very active in sports of all kinds and was the only student to receive a letter in all sports every year while he was in school. He also acted as coach for several years at the university.
He served as captain in the 81st Division overseas in the First World War and following his discharge practiced law in Cincinnati until coming to New Mexico in 1926. he had made his home near Pecos since then.
