Obituary - Arthur Price Shanklin, Louisville Courier-Journal (August 22, 1968)

Arthur Price Shanklin, 69, died at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Brownsboro Hill Nursing Home, 2141 Sycamore. He was a native of Lexington.

Shanklin was vice president and general sales manager of Carrier Corp., Syracuse, N.Y. He retired 12 years ago and moved to Louisville.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Manuel Revenga, Madrid, Spain and Mrs. Wilson M. Brown Jr., Charlotte N.C., and eight grandchildren.

The body will be cremated in Louisville. There will be a graveside service at 11 a.m. Saturday at Lexington Cemetery.
