Obituary - Lexington Herald (August 22, 1973)

HELM, C. Foster, 69, Bel Air Drive, Richmond, died Tuesday morning at the St. Joseph Hospital. Native of Lexington he was the son of the late C. Foster Helm and Courtney Moore Helm. He was a graduate of the University of Kentucky and was a retired Leaf Supervisor of the R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. Survivors include his wife, Sarah Chenault Helm; two daughters, Mrs. John C. Pfed, Wilton, Conn., Mrs. William H. Peniston, Danville; four grandchildren; and one brother, Mr. Thornton M. Helm, Lexington. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the Richmond Cemetery. Rev. Charles Blakemore and Dr. Frank N. Tinder officiating. Friends may call at the Turpin funeral Home, Richmond after 4 p.m. today.
