Obituary - Bruce O. Bartee, Lexington Herald (December 7, 1968)

CLAY CITY -- Bruce O. Bartee, 71, of Cleveland Heights, Ohio, died Thursday in the St. Joseph Hospital, Lexington, after a long illness. He was a graduate of the University of Kentucky.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Reese Bartee; a daughter, Mrs. William K. Blue Jr., Lexington and three grandchildren.

Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. today at the Powell Funeral Home by the Rev. Linville Berryman. Burial will be in the Clay City Cemetery. Bearers will be Edmon Burgher, Edsel Mounts, Shelby Martin, Lester Carr, John Kennon and Harold Dye. The body is at the funeral home.
