Obituary - Richard Arnett Dies, Lexington Herald (January 15, 1955)
Richard Hood Arnett, a graduate of the University of Kentucky, died Jan. 9 in San Diego, Calif., after an illness of a year, according to word received by his sister, Miss Margaret T. Arnett, of Cincinnati, a former Lexington resident.
Mr. Arnett and his wife, Mrs. Bertha Duerfeldt Arnett, owned and published a weekly newspaper in Jucaipa, Calif. until 10 years ago.
Services and burial will be held in Redlands, Calif.
