Obituary - Louisville Area Deaths, Louisville Courier-Journal (September 27, 1985)
He was a retired manager for the purchasing and stores department of Louisville Gas & Electric Co. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Strathmoor Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his wife, the former Maxine Baker; a son, William S. Hickerson; a daughter, Mrs. Gail LeMay; and two grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with cremation to follow.
Visitation at the funeral home will be from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday.
The family request that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Strathmoor Presbyterian Church or the American Cancer Society.
