Bill Frazier, head baseball coach at Gulf Coast Community College for 24 years, died of a heart attack less than four hours after his team played a game against Chipola Junior College. Frazier, 54, collapsed at his home Saturday night and was rushed to a Panama City Beach hospital, where he was pronounced dead. On Friday, Frazier's team earned a state tournament berth for the 14th time in his career. He compiled a record of 877-356.
