U. of CHATTANOOGA LOSES TO STATE 40-7
The State University basketball five outclassed and outplayed the University of Chattanooga quintette at the Auditorium last night by the overwhelming score of 40 to 7. During the first half of the game things dragged a little, State being unable to find the goal with the ball and Chattanooga a great part of the time unable to find the ball.
In the second half the visitors improved a little, and the local players a great deal.
Between halves and after the math contest, one of the most unique games ever played in Lexington was staged by the Six-Ones and the Brevites, two teams, one of which is made up of players over 6 feet one inch tall, the other some of the smallest men in the University. The Six-One aggregation won 9 to 6.
